JD ParkManaging DirectorJD Park joined PCCP in June 2016 and is responsible for capital raising activities in the Asian market. Additionally, Mr. Park was the manager of due diligence for the firm’s FoF program. Prior to joining Hanwha Asset Management, Mr. Park was a senior associate with JR Asset Management. His responsibilities included investment management and client services on a team which managed approximately $3 billion in client assets. Karen DelanoSenior Vice President, Client Services & OperationsKaren Delano joined PCCP in June 2006 and is responsible for overseeing PCCP’s corporate and client services departments. These include the Administration department, which consists of PCCP’s office managers and administrative assistants, the Document Management Group, which manages deal level debt and equity documentation and processing, and Client Services, which services active investors in the firm’s various platforms. In addition, Ms. Delano manages PCCP’s general marketing production, which includes press, graphics and media, event planning, and numerous special projects for the firm.
