PCCP originated a $102 million senior loan for the acquisition of a 100% leased portfolio with properties located in five major Southeast industrial markets. The portfolio totals 1.6 million square feet and is comprised of five infill industrial assets. PCCP believes this presents the opportunity to lend on a fully leased and newly constructed industrial portfolio at an attractive basis.
