Since 2019, we’ve proudly partnered with SEO Career to expand access and opportunity for students pursuing careers in commercial real estate. Together, we believe we’re creating meaningful, hands-on experiences that turn classroom learning into real-world impacts across PCCP’s platform.

In 2024, we hosted the National Black Theater Tour in New York City and partnered on the annual SEO event at Georgia State University (GSU) in the fall.

In 2025, we continued the momentum with the 122 Fifth Avenue Tour in New York City, partnered on the annual SEO event at GSU in September, and hosted a Colony Square Tour in Atlanta in October. We also launched a PCCP case competition, announcing the winner at the GSU event — who secured a Summer 2026 internship at PCCP.

We’re committed to building pathways for future CRE leaders, and we believe these immersive experiences are a key part of that work.
